Evening, daytime, or weekend — Mountain View Events is available for any celebration. Our covered outdoor patio, light-filled dining room and cozy bar area, both with brick fireplaces, can all be furnished and decorated for just the right atmosphere.

Mountain View Events is versatile and can be altered to your style. Whether you’re planning a casual affair with a relaxed atmosphere or a sophisticated event, our venue offers endless possibilities.

Bring on the tents and host a daytime luncheon or party under the vast Hudson Valley sky!

  • WEDDING DAY

    Includes:

    - Full Saturday or Sunday rental

    - Set up the afternoon before your event and breakdown the morning after

    Our base fee for the full venue, indoor or outdoor, starts at $5,000 for the off-peak season (November through April) and $7,500 for the peak season (May through October).

  • WEDDING WEEKEND

    Includes:

    - Set up on Friday morning for a Friday evening cocktail party or rehearsal dinner

    - Full day access on Saturday for the wedding ceremony and reception

    - Sunday morning brunch and an afternoon window for event breakdown.

  • SPECIAL OCCASIONS

    Birthdays, anniversaries, cocktail parties, and a variety of other special gatherings of all kinds can be hosted during the day or during the evening on Mondays through Thursdays, as well as on available Friday and Saturday evenings.

    Our basic fee starts at $1,000.

  • WHAT'S INCLUDED?

    At Mountain View Events, we provide some basic items in our venue package.

    The venue package includes:

    - A venue manager to oversee venue operations.

    - Tables and chairs for gatherings of up to 60 people or less.

    - Basic table settings available for a fee.

    - Set up and breakdown assistance for your floor plan, if you are utilizing our chairs and farmhouse tables.

    - An in-house sound system, including a portable PA and microphone.

    - Parking for any size event within walking distance of the venue.

    - While we don't mandate the use of specific services, we have trusted catering partners available. Additionally, we offer recommendations for other vendors in the Hudson Valley, including photographers, florists, and entertainment. We're always adding to our list, so there's more to come!
